Students, and staff, from the Clifton Centre took a trip into Manchester to take part in the immersive David Hockney art experience. Students got to watch how David Hockney completes his artwork and how he is inspired by his surroundings and travel experiences. As Hockney is somewhat of a 'local' artist, it was great to see how he is able to see the world and how he learnt his craft and style of artwork.
The students thoroughly enjoyed this experience, and had lots of talk about upon the close of the experience, which led to inspiration to complete their next body of work in Art.
