Girls PE
This term our girls have enjoyed having the opportunity to take part in trampolining at the Salford Trampoline Centre, where they were lucky enough to be coached by the England Trampoline coach.
Over the course of the trampoline sessions they practised and performed a variety of skills/techniques including: straddle, pike, tuck, star jump. They also performed ½ turns, and full turns in the air. This culminated in the girls then performing a back-drop and front drop and using their skills to produce a 10 bounce routine.
