On Monday 11th November, pupils and staff visited the Cenotaph in Manchester to commemorate Remembrance Day 2024 as part of our studies on WW1.
Here, we witnessed the Remembrance ceremony including the Last Post and 2 minutes silence. We then took time to read the messages that had been left for the fallen soldiers.
It was a moving experience where pupils showed exemplary behaviour and respect.
