This term our Catering students have been working on a Christmas project of designing and creating a gingerbread house.
They have individually created some beautiful houses; they started by designing it on paper then baking their own gingerbread to bring their designs to life.
The students used their construction skills to build and their fine motor skills to carefully create figures and pipe beautiful decorations onto their houses.
It was a competition as to who could make the best with all staff voting for their favourite house. They all got really involved and focused beautifully, the student's competitive nature came out all wanting to win!
We are very proud of all of them for competing and doing fantastic work!
